NOTE: Our overnight care services are only available to our clients who actively participate in our daycare program at least once a month.
Overnight guests are to have attended daycare with us a minimum of 3 visits and have stayed overnight at least one night prior to an extended stay, possibly more if our behaviorist deems it necessary.

Pick-up and Drop-off Times
Monday through Friday:
7:00 pm to 10:00 am the following day.
Please arrive no later than 6:45 pm so as to allow for check-in.
(bedding and toys provided!)
Saturday and Sunday:
6:00 pm to 10:00 am the following day.
Please arrive no later than 5:45 pm so as to allow for check-in.
(bedding and toys provided!)
After 3:00 pm Drop-offs
If you are dropping off your dog after 3:00 pm, please feed your dog their evening meal prior to arriving.

Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm
Food Handling Fee…. $4
Per meal, per dog, to bag into individual portions and label with dog’s name, date of meal, and time A.M/P.M.
Note: If you bag your dog’s food, but do not label it as per the above instructions, you will still be assessed a $4 Food Handling Fee

Seasonal Overnight Rates:
Seasonal rates apply during all major holidays (exact dates vary by year) and on summer weekends (Friday–Sunday) in June, July, and August.
Traditional Overnight Stay $92.00 per night
Premium VIP Overnight Stay $114.00 per night
Emergency Contact
An emergency contact person is to be provided for all overnight stays. We will always try to contact you first, and in the event, you are not reachable, your emergency contact person is to be available to speak on your behalf. Veterinarians will not allow us to authorize treatment for your dog without prior consent from you, and we have been turned away from veterinary clinics for medical emergencies because the owner could not be reached for authorization. Your emergency contact person will make decisions, sanction treatment, and authorize a form of payment enabling the veterinarians to attend to your dog’s needs.
Deposit Information
must have current license and ID tags
A $50.00 deposit is due for a single-night stay per dog. For stays beyond one night, 50% of the total cost is required. All deposits are non-refundable.
Payment is required at drop-off for each boarding stay.
During non-holiday and non-peak seasons, deposits for cancellations with more than 72 hours notice may be credited towards future services, to be used within 1 year. Deposits on cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
Holiday and Peak Season Reservations require a 2-night minimum stay and booking deposit.
Deposits on cancellations for holiday and peak season reservations with less than 2 weeks’ notice will be forfeited. Deposits on cancellations prior to the 2-week period may be credited towards a future service, to be used within 1 year.
Flea and Tick Policy
We are proud to offer a safe environment for your dog. If your dog is found to have fleas or ticks when brought in, we will administer a bath and/or flea treatment at the owner’s expense.
